My awesome living springs camp

Kia Ora i´m  Charlee and the year 5/6s went to Living springs for school camp so i´m gonna tell you how it made me so happy.

On the 24th of February the year 6s went to Living springs. We did heaps of fun things there like Archery,Swimming,Bouldering,Monorail,and Farm park.
We stayed at Living springs for 2 nights we all had so much fun we also got to bounce on trampolines and go down this slide
before we could go on the Monorail.

Some of the things I like at camp were going to the Farm Park and milking a Cow.
Also when we put our tents up it was quite hard because we had to find the right holes to put the poles in.
My tent was with Amelie and Jennifer. I was in a car with Jennifer, Brody,Joe and Jennifer's Aunty Tali.

One of my favourite parts about camp was the Farm park and the view of where we were staying.

The food at camp was also so good we  got Nachos, Cake,Raro,Ice cream, Moose, Homemade burger, Chips.
Also I liked staying in the tents

My least favourite part was leaving.

Thank you Ms Daines for making this happen, and thank you Mr Gray and Ms Pownell for coming to camp.

Also thank you to all the parents that came to have fun with us and for looking after us.

I recommend going because there's so many fun activities and an amazing view but you have to walk up this
very big steep hill and that isn't really the best part but.

On the 26th of June, Room 2 made a video using animation.
First we used stop motion animation is an app were you take photos to make an animation first we tried with our faces then blocks and other sorts of things around our classroom.
Then we had to use an app called We Video to edit the animation we made, with the editing app we had to add little edits of things and you could add sounds and music and little fun background and you can put words on your video and do simple things or you can have your own big background or video the way you want it and you can put pictures of you on the video.

I worked with Elliott and we made a story about its about two random people and one is angry and the other one is kinda mean and saying mean things to each other because they were both feeling bad and angry and mean.
And i really like the apps and i recommend you using the app.

Why to buy a chrome book

Hi in my class we have been learning about persuasive writing so we made a poster to why you should buy a Chromebook and this is my poster of why you should buy a Chromebook. We had to use persuasive language to convince our viewer.

Playing with powtoon

In room 2 we played with the app powtoon it was really fun you can make videos out of pictures and animation people.
 you can even make slides backgrounds with the animation people you can move them around and it will make a video.
 if you add stuff to your slide it will put the picture it will go straight to your video.
 so you press play on on the play button and it will play a video of your work.
 
 when you press the animation people it will come up with emotions for them then you can pick one of them and in your video they will do the animation you choose if you choose a picture you can make it smaller bigger and it will still go into your video no matter what picture or animation you do it will still be in your video you can even put a sign for your background that says stuff.
 i really like the app its fun you should get the app this is my one.

Insects in Māori

I am learning to say Māori words for insects. my favourite Māori insect word is a

pūrerehua  butterfly because I like  butterflys.

Also i have a Question  help me out i want to know what the Māori word for blog?
